Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive.

Because each piece is created with intention, we’ve designed our policy to be both fair and clear.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 3 days of delivery

To qualify for a return send an email to weareteleo@gmail.com

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Personalized or custom pieces
  • Gift sets or bundled items
  • Items marked “final sale”

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or item (if available).

If you need a different size or item:

  1. Submit a request within 7 days of delivery
  2. Once approved, return your item
  3. We’ll send your exchange after your return is received

If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a store credit.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item

We’ll take care of you as quickly as possible.


Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
