Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 3 days of delivery.
PreOrders and all items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all preorder and sales are final.
To qualify for a return before or after purchase, send an email to jointeleo@gmail.com
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Personalized or custom pieces
- Gift sets or bundled items
- Items marked “final sale”
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or item (if available).
If you need a different size or item:
- Submit a request within 3 days of delivery
- Once approved, return your item (you are responsible for shipping fees).
- We’ll send your exchange after your return is received
If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item
We’ll take care of you as quickly as possible.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
