Orders

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3 -7 business days except unless preoder, please follow preorders instructions. 

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order was received and once it has shipped.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—free shipping is available on orders over $120.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.


Do you offer exchanges?

Yes—exchanges are available for size or item (if in stock).

If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.


What items are final sale?

  • Gift sets or bundles
  • Items marked final sale

Will you restock items?

Some pieces may restock, but many are released in limited quantities.

If you see something you love, we recommend not waiting.
